Loft Condo Renovation

This loft condo renovation completed by Tillman included the main living area, kitchen and master bathroom. You’ll notice how the exposed original brick walls, from this historic building in downtown Knoxville, add warmth and charm to the space.

Other details included refinished hardwood floors, unique light fixtures, new cabinetry and shelves, new bathroom and back-splash tile and custom metal work. New painted trim was added around floors, walls and windows to bring it all together.
