This amazing craftsman home needed lots of work. Facias were dry rotted or termite damaged. Due to the fact that historical homes can't be completed changed, many things can be update without or restored. Windows were not changed, due to budget. New roof, new deck and endless hours worked on the paint to remove the old lead paint then repainted in high quality paint.
