Large walls closed off this kitchen and isolated it from the adjoining family room and dining room. By installing large "invisible" beams flush with the ceiling, the space was magnificently opened up. This created an incredible open feel with wide sight lines resulting in a warm and inviting space. The dark, contrasting color, generous island beckons family and guests to join the cook and chat while enjoying a glass of wine.
