Loomis Country Revival
Country Revival began when our clients set out to find their dream home in Loomis, California. Nestled among majestic heritage oak trees, they discovered an early 1990s farmhouse with incredible character, expansive views, and untapped potential. Fun fact: the home was originally built as a kit home.
Working closely with the homeowners and designer Miche Victoria, our team guided the project through an extensive preconstruction process that included design development, budgeting, permitting, and phased project planning. The goal was to create a home that felt timeless and authentic to its rural setting while improving functionality, comfort, and everyday livability.
The renovation transformed the home through thoughtful space planning, custom millwork, carefully selected finishes, and a warm, modern farmhouse aesthetic. White oak flooring, natural textures, custom cabinetry, updated kitchens and baths, and refined architectural details create a cohesive design that feels both elevated and welcoming. Large windows frame the surrounding landscape, strengthening the connection between the home and its beautiful oak-studded property.
The result is a modern country retreat that honors the home's history while supporting the way this family lives today—a true revival of a special Loomis property.
