Los Altos Eco House
Built in 2016 this house uses many reclaimed materials from the US and Europe. Energy efficiency, health, and comfort were priorities; mini-split cooling, radiant heating, thick ICF walls, triple paned windows, solar panels. Built to last several hundred years with low maintenance and utility costs. All bathrooms are plumbed for greywater to the landscape of fruit trees, natives, and low water plants. Utilities in this 3700 sq foot house are less than the 960 sq ft house it replaced.
