Captex Construction along with Arterberry Cooke custom designed this traditional, newly built home, which now features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a flex room, playroom, and an office. There are lots of traditional elements incorporated into the home including intricate millwork, luxury materials, high-end light fixtures, and pattern-filled wallpapers. Captex Construction and Arterberry Cooke also created an idyllic and expansive wrap-around porch, pool, and outdoor fireplace.
