Lot 67
A multi-generational home nested in Carmel by the Sea—The richest marine habitat in the world. Considering affordable costs, sustainability and design, the designer Mary Ann has maximized creativity and put magic into the site with her design using a prefabricated, modular home.
Surrounded by old oak trees, the layout of the main house and the ADU have been carefully placed to enhance the scene considering privacy and view. The Gendai Alkyd Oil Black finish and the unoiled Japanese cedar siding allow the house to blend in with the atmosphere. The unoiled siding with patina will continue to change its face, blending in seamlessly to the scene.
