This home has lovely in-floor radiant heating, but unfortunately no air conditioning. There was no easy space to run ductwork since it is on a slab and has no attic. This Pioneer Diamante series wall mounted mini-split required no ductwork and is also capable of providing heat even in sub-zero temperatures. Unrelated, the ceilings in this room are tongue and groove Douglas fir.
