Luxe Retreat Master Bathroom

The before and after pictures of my latest project! The charming bathroom needed an update using the current footprint to keep the costs in budget. We changed the cabinet from white to a creme brule finish, added height to the vanity and framed out the entire cabinetry. Trim and stacking wood details make the difference. We even fit in a makeup vanity area. Very romantic!

Keeping the same footprint because of exsisting angles I wanted to square off the ends of cabinets and raise the countertop height.

Custom Tub facing of new wood to match the new cabinets which are fininshed in a creme brule wash, along with overscaled hardware- it makes such a difference! The shower has alot of angles to it along with the entire bathroom, I wanted to enlarge the shower and not have a door. Wanted to showcase the Antique Iron Screen by closing off that part of the shower and putting up sheetrock making the wall taller and grander.

Before
Leading into the Master Bathroom is a fireplace at an angle that had no depth even with the classical mantel surrounding the opening. The arched art above the fireplace is a custom created piece of art on doors that the TV sits behind niched into wall.

The finishig touches or the jewelry make the room , along with the crystal pendant hanging in niche across from Antique iron screen sets off the space. I put it in niche instead of over tub so it would not compete with screen.
