This was a newly created space cut out from the adjacent room's closet. The 1930's home lacked a guest restroom and a laundry room. Every inch of this space is used in order to accommodate a stackable washer and dryer, hidden inside a custom closet. Where this room lacks in space, it makes up in character. We used wallpaper, elaborate moldings, and crystal lighting and chandelier to create instant glamour. The focal point of this space is a quatrefoil mirror and a gorgeous crystal lighting fixture.
