This beautiful 100 Ft. luxury yacht arrived from Europe with a complete A/V system that will not operate the existing Wood Blinds tilt feature which caused an inconvenience to its owner as they could not control privacy while docking.
The yacht captain contacted us through our Somfy dealers page and asked us to assist in making the blinds function as the owner requested.
Our team came up with a creative solution and replaced the blinds motor with Somfy tilt enabled motors and added a custom engraved wall switches so the residents can operate the blinds from bed and control it as they please.
We are very happy that we found a solution for the Yacht occupants and next year we will add Somfy motors to all the window treatments! As soon as the yacht is back in Miami.
