Here we removed the old trim, but I forgot the before pictures. There was old pet stained carpet on the floor which was torn out by me. Removed all the staples and thoroughly cleaned before installing the LVT.

Put down some LVT which matched and tied in perfectly with the existing floor and installed new trim.
