Maangalaya the villa
Designed for a client in the heart of Delhi.
The client has purchased a house which had ceiling and wardrobes done up. They definitely wanted to retain as much as possible but also aspired for a unique designer and luxury look for their home.
While they were very clear about what they wanted, but they were also quite open to designer's ideas and suggestions.
The living area of the house was quite huge, so the entire space was divided functionally to serve all the varied needs of a living room.
The Formal Bar area and the formal dining area makes the living lobby of the house.
We have tried giving a super luxurious feel to the house using metal detailing fused with fabric and leather in the furniture and extensive use of customized glass chandeliers.
In the bedroom, the highlight is the customized wallpaper with a masquerade lady with hot red lips. This added the required glam factor for the daughter’s room who is a fashionista.
