Mr. MacDougall built many great homes in the western suburbs of Chicago in his day. Remodeling them is no small task however. This project involved remodeling and a reconfigure of the entire first floor. When we finished we had created a much larger kitchen with a dream sized island and a open plan layout leading to the family room.
