This basement was gut due to water damage by a water remediation company. We came in a put the pieces of the puzzle back together. It started by a quick paint job and some minor trim in the laundry room. Then we famed a new wall that divided the mechanicals from the general purpose area. We then drywalled the walls, painted, laid down vinyl flooring, and trimmed out all the windows and doors. Lastly we finished up a small guest bedroom just off the mechanical room.
