Madrid Apartment
A major renovation of an apartment located in a 1900’s historic building in Madrid downtown.
We reconfigured the 3 bedrooms unit with a two bedrooms modern layout
The challenge was to mix very moderns elements and design with a very old building an accommodate the apartment to the young owners style.
The bold use of the color, including reflective products and design elements, mixed with the warm white oak lacquered floors and the pure white in the walls contribute to enhance a sense of expansiveness and open space in this 753 sq ft apartment.
