This is a Sips Panel built home. We had it certified as a modular home in order to bring it into the park on Bainbridge Island. It is made up of three pods. The largest was built off site and the additional pods where added on site to create the layout. The interior was framed on and off site. This is an extremely eco-friendly and efficient home. The finishes turned out amazing. Erin Isley designed with the home owners an interior that fit their needs and style from Lighting and flooring to the kitchen and steam shower. This has been our favorite project thus far. We worked with Green Pods out of Port Townsend with the clients.
