Whole house remode/addition to a tudor style residence. All interior and exteriors were addressed. Windows by Marvin are aluminum clad with mahogany wood interior. All trim and cabinets are of matching mahogany. Brick exterior was replaced and a new slate roof added. House was lifted off original foundation, the foundation removed and replaced with a new much larger basement that included a garage, family room, office, exercise room, home theater and wine cellar. The site has extensive terraced brick/concrete terraced retaining walls with lighted landscaping.
