A complete renovation that included many updates, repairs, and a few discreet additions for needed functionality.

We altered the scale and character of some of the spaces—the living room was enhanced by a 9 foot tall bay that opens sweeping views of Elliot Bay and the Sound. The kitchen was re-made with finely detailed cabinets and well designed lighting.
