Makara ADU recently completed another gorgeous ADU for our wonderful clients in Silver Spring, MD. Our clients needed a space fpr entertainment, guests to stay and for a quiet retreat amongst the beautiful setting in their backyard.

This gem is a 375sf studio with a full kitchen, transom backsplash, skylights, built-in murphy bed and bookshelves and featurs our standard 12foot double sliding door to enhance the outdoor living experience.
