Clients Jim & Jann were so dedicated to an open concept space that they lived on the second floor of their home for a year (with no kitchen), tore down almost every wall downstairs and finished it beautifully with artisan flooring and a new fireplace. I came in to make the first floor feel like their home again! The challenge with no walls was to create distinct zones as well as maintain a good flow throughout the space. They were so happy on delivery day to see their "new" first floor look as beautiful as they had imagined it!
