Working with a builder to design his own home can be challenging…..but the results are not less than stunning. The couple had lived in their farmhouse for over 40 years, so making sure their new house felt like home was the most important aspect to the design. Working with Inset Cabinetry in a blend of Painted and Glazed Maple with complimentary Stained and Glazed Cherry gave the home a feeling of always being. Beautiful River Bordeaux and Taj Mahal Granite counters rounded out the design in a traditional way. Sleek new tile showers, a wet bar in the family room, a functional laundry room were all designed for ease of living. Adding Board and Batten detailing along with stone to the fireplace gave the living room a cozy and traditional sense.
