Completely restored 1890's stone mansion in Downton Dayton. The restoration and conversion to an office and boutique hotel took nearly 3 years to complete. The 3rd floor (penthouse unit) was once this mansions ballroom. After years of neglected and underwhelming remodels, we were able to open up the ceilings/walls and bring it back to its once grand elegance.

The second floor was operating as 2 office units. After taking both spaced back to the original brick/plaster and reworking the entire layout - we converted the space into 2 beautiful appointed suites.
