This mid-century gem–designed in 1952 by Albert Fenwick Simonson–was left to deteriorate until it was purchased and reimagined by an outfit called House Healers. Part artists, part builders, they brought an imaginative eye to recreate this home for its next chapter. Modernous was lucky enough to get to stage it, and it was one of our favorites of 2015 (staged in December).
