This is a 4 story home with one whole floor under grade. Excavation was a huge factor in this project as the neighboring homes are so close and we had to dig so deep for the basement level. Other issues were with ground water. Added a complete underground system to gather water and pump out. Basement floor is radiant heat and the other 3 floorshad seperate heating/cooling systems making it zone controled at each floor. Was a super fun project as we got to help design a lot of the key features of the house.
