This coastal Spanish style first floor remodel in Coto de Caza used crisp whites and pattern tile to stay with the original character of the home. This family of five was looking to update the brown tile floors and dark cabinets to make this a home that would stand the test of time.

Updating the floor, adding custom cabinetry and patterned tile in the bar, took the outdated heart of the home and made it place everyone wants to spend their time.
