This condo was a complete gut remodel in which I worked closely with the architect, builder and client to finalize the layout. All selections were done remotely from the project, meeting face to face with the client to present design options and implemented through careful drawings and FaceTime meetings with the builder. My involvement in the construction process included design of the custom cabinetry, creating the lighting plan, selections for plumbing, hardwood flooring, carpet, tile, countertops, doors, millwork, cabinet finishes, paint, lighting, mirrors and hardware. My involvement in the interior finishes included new furniture, custom window treatments, rugs and incorporating some of the clients existing items. The project ended on a special trip to the condo to see the completed space in person, place the furniture and personally go shopping and install all art and accessories to finish out the space.
