The latest collaboration between RightArm Construction and PolyMath Studios was the Marguerite ADU in Southeast Portland/Hawthorne neighborhood. While the two-story, single gable building borrows from the older buildings in the area, it is a decidedly modern structure. With its open floor plan and tall vaulted ceilings, the building feels larger than 500 square feet, while at the same time retaining the feel of a cozy beach cottage.
