Custom designed story and a half Craftsman home with raised porch accented with large stone piers and paneled columns above. Gables are accented with board and batten exterior. Garage accented with covered standing seam metal roof supported by wood brackets. Home was raised from garage level to deal with high ground water that was revealed during soils testing. Many builders had shied away from the project due to high ground water, but our design raising the home proved to be the solution the clients were looking for.
