Rick and Shemin intitially asked us to assist in designing a renovation to the existing home on this spectacular lot on the north side of Marine Drive in Altamount, until they took a tour of Parkside I. It had just been completed by G.D. Nielsen Developments Ltd.. From that moment the reno idea was shelved, and plans were developed for a new home which reflected all and more of what impressed them at Parkside.
