Maritime Forest Retreat

Design and oversight of full scale restoration, remodel & addition. Including converting existing deck to living room and adding upstairs master bedroom en-suite; as well as a new massive deck and covered screen porch.

Responsibilities:
All aspects of interior design. Including; but, not limited to layout, cabinet design, materials selection, tile layout, color consultation, appliances, fixtures & furnishings. Provided floor plans, elevations and renderings to aid in selection, Architectural Review Board approvals and construction.
Provided project management, budget & fiscal oversight.
