This renovation and addition to an existing home, transformed it into a light and airy modern residence. The entire house was gutted and then two small additions plus the complete renovation gave this traditional home a more contemporary look.

This is a Certified LEED for Homes project. The use of most of existing building frame gave us a huge start on achieving LEED for Homes Certification. We were also able to save in place almost all of the existing wood flooring.
