The design team joined this new construction project in the early planning stages, collaborating with the architect to create an open, modern space to accommodate a large growing family. A flexible and open space plan was a key design goal to create large gathering spaces for family getaways. Sliding doors pocket into the wall, uniting the living area with the outdoors. Warm stone and wood finishes are juxtaposed against rich metals to create a varied palette and architectural interest. The 3300 sf home is further enhanced by a collection of unique lighting fixtures and rich custom cabinetry.
