Martis Camp_Thunderbird Circle

A high end full-time new construction home tucked away in the private community of Martis Camp in Truckee, California. This home was designed to be more modern than Tahoe modern mountain, but still needed to feel inviting, light, bright and airy with a combination of cool and warm tones throughout. the client's wanted a home that they could live in everyday, entertain in, and felt like a jewelry box from the outside by those that pass by. The residence won two awards from the America's Property Awards for Best Residential Interior Private Residence California and then the second award is the 5 Star Designer award, a special award recognizing the extremely high scores given to Emily Esposito. This home also won the Silver award in Interior Design from Urban Design & Architecture Design Awards an international contest. The dining table won Best Custom Furnishings/Product Design of the Year in 2020 from ASID Central CA/NV Chapter & the LVDC at the ANDYZ Awards and it won the Gold Award for furniture design from Urban Design & Architecture Design Awards also an international contest.
