Modern landscape designed for new development in San Elijo Hills. Garden designed around pool/spa. Materials selected to create modern/clean feel. Large side yard was designed to create a large play space using artificial turf. Walkways were created with poured concrete squares and black beach pebble between to create a clean/modern feel. Plants selected to create a low maintenance dry landscape and to preserve views. Concrete patio around pool, accented with beach pebble inset in small strips. A covered outdoor kitchen and lounging area with bar was also added to the space for entertainment.
