Though the "spa feel" was present, so were the dangers of a bathroom tile job done in the 90's before true waterproofing technology. The damage to the structure was escalated by a non-draining bump out in the foundation that was lower than the crawlspace and held water. A total renovation was in order to remove the 'jetted garden tub' and bring this bath alive as a true master-suite spa.
