This is a master bath room addition that we did a few years back. We had to deal with your asbestos shingles had to do some abatement there did an actual slab ended up having to replace the gas line all the way to the meter as well. Framed it up the client is an actual interior designer so she help with some of the design phases of the project we trimmed around the windows so they would match the existing windows. New tile new shower new vanities over-sized closet with custom shelving and an area for new washer and dryer.
