Something that started as dark, compartmentalized spaces, this Master Bath is now flooded with natural light through as much clear glass as possible. It is a spacious, open, contemporary bath with stone, porcelain and stained custom wood cabinetry. The shower was a dark, damp little closet that had no natural light whatsoever. Walls came down to create a large open uniform space. I created his and hers water closets, it was a passing comment made by the client proving listening is key. Clients could not be more happy. From the shower they can look down and see deer grazing on the hillside terrace and the view is across the entire valley. Before the view was inaccessible because of a huge step up deck tub. Now, this really is a "a room with a view".
