Our team replaced the old light fixtures with contemporary ones, adding brightness and modernity to the space. To enhance functionality, we installed six power outlets, thoughtfully placed for convenience and practicality.

A striking feature of this project is the construction of 24-inch high walls on two sides of the attic, creating a unique layout that adds character and definition to the space. This structural addition, devoid of access doors, cleverly utilizes the area behind the walls.

After third-party insulation installation, our expert craftsmen installed drywall on the ceiling and walls. The subsequent plastering, sanding, and painting infused the attic with a fresh, polished look, transforming it into a warm, inviting space.

To complete the renovation, we installed baseboards and meticulously painted them, along with the doors and window trims, ensuring every detail echoed the project's commitment to quality and style.

'Attic Oasis' also offered a range of optional jobs, including subfloor and vinyl floor installation, stair wall painting, stair rail painting, additional recessed lighting, and extra power outlets, allowing for personalized touches to suit varying needs.
