This is a one of kind one-story home design that appeals to the older retired and young professionals wanting a clean but still warm and comfortable home. The difficulties of this build were bringing all the elements of Stucco, Steel, Wood, Stone, Flat and Pitched Roofs into the design while staying under budget. This home has been selected as a finalist in the 2017 MAX Awards in the "Best Custom Home" category in collaboration with Canyon Creek Homes LP. The winner will be revealed on April 8, 2017 at the awards gala hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin's Sales and Marketing Council.
