In order to keep up with the changing architectural style Robelen Hanna Homes is transforming this Mediterranean style home into a more transitional architecture-inspired property. Part of this process includes converting arched windows to rectangular designs, retiling the roof with flatter tiles and reducing the visual effects of the exterior columns.

Phase 1 - The initial phase of this project includes interior and exterior demolition, window and exterior door modifications, and new roof additions. Also in the interior of the home, we are updating the electric, plumbing and air conditioning systems and framing modifications to door entries and ceilings.
