This family decided to tear down the old family cottage and construct a new Beaver Cottage - model Beauport II - on their McKellar property. After demolishing the existing cottage, we excavated for a full walkout basement and started construction of an ICF foundation. We worked through the fall and winter on this project, and are just finishing it up to be ready for a full summer of making happy family memories in the beautiful new space!
