This client loved their current location and home. The home backs up to a beautiful parkland and they did not want to move from their cul-de-sac location. But, with limited living space and a small outdated kitchen, they needed more space for their multi-generational family. Our solution was to create an addition which included a new 1-1/2 car garage, a new spacious, living area and a very large gourmet kitchen. This family friendly open floor plan will accommodate this family for many years to come.
