This Meadowvale Village home had an attic sitting completely unused. The homeowners wanted to unlock that space and turn it into a fully functional floor not just a bedroom, but an entire living level.

Lepata converted the attic into 950 square feet of finished living space with 14-foot ceilings throughout. The result is a floor that includes a rec room, a private bedroom, a dedicated office, an entertainment area, and a full bathroom all with the height and light of a purpose-built space.

All structural work, permits, and city inspections were handled by Lepata from start to finish.
