This wonderful Craftsman style bungalow had great "bones" and special features like the wainscoting, stained glass windows and vintage tub to start with. The new homeowners desired to put their unique mark on it. They wished to see their Nordic heritage and love of nature reflected in the decor. Since it is a relatively small space, they wanted minimalist clean-lined furniture. To help it feel cozy, we incorporated texture through the area rugs, upholstery fabrics, woven wood shades and bedding. Performance fabrics and outdoor furniture were perfect for this active young family.
