High-end complete renovation of a 2000 sqft condominium. Working within the confines and established parameters of the existing building's structure and restrictive covenants, 3D Builders strove to maximize space while giving attention to extreme detail and refinement of traditional elements. We demolished all interior components and mechanical systems of this space and started all from scratch with only the building's shell. With confined (low) ceiling heights, attention was given to refined ceiling treatments affording the look of a much larger space.
