This home was all in the original 1979 condition when the homeowners purchased it. We removed the wall separating the family room from the kitchen, divided the guest bath into a pool bath and powder bath, turned a bedroom into a walk-in closet for the main bedroom, created a full bathroom suite for the homeowners, redid all finishes, and gave it updates while still keeping the vintage feel of the home. The owners were very adventurous and love black, white, and gold and wanted to have fun with it all.
