Our Client purchased this 4,500 square foot, four level town-home and retained Bethesda Builders to design-build a total gut renovation. This had to include a three-stop elevator, where closets and bathrooms had been previously. Our design team worked closely with the homeowners to create a truly remarkable make-over. Five bathrooms were renovated. The kitchen was completely replaced. All windows were replaced. Eight sets of exterior French doors were replaced with solid mahogany French doors, and the front entry pair of doors were replaced with new custom mahogany doors. The new master suite includes a new custom dressing closet and a new master bath/spa with a steam shower and custom built vanities. The spa is finished in gold onyx 12 x 12 tiles on a heated floor and extends up the steam shower wall.
