This residence was recently updated with new Monte Verde vinyl retro-fit windows and Cardinal shower enclosures.
Originally, the windows were single pane aluminum framed. We replaced them with dual pane Solarban 70 Low E insulated windows. From looks to operation and energy savings this was a major upgrade to the 1970's home.
