Miami Shores Residence

The Miami Shores Residence was built in 1956. Our role for the residence was to create a more open plan in the common areas, demolishing existing structural walls, updating both bathrooms and kitchen, and interior lighting to create a lighter, more contemporary home.

The kitchen also has a stainless steel farmhouse sink, adding an industrial element to the sleek kitchen.

The Miami Shores residence is a 1950's home that was remodeled to have a more contemporary look. The blue glass mosaic creates a subtle contrast with the white cabinetry and counter top.

The original Kitchen was enclosed by a structural wall between the kitchen and the family room. The wall was removed and the ceiling was re-engineered to create a open the kitchen to the family room. The kitchen and the family room now joined by a small bar.

The Master Bathroom has a frameless glass shower with glass mosaic tile,

The walnut vanities were custom made with quartz counter tops reminiscent terrazzo, and white pedestal sinks, while the flooring is a porcelain tile in a random pattern with a white washed wood finish.

The bath consists of subway tile with a wood texture and pattern to give the bathroom a more warm sauna-like look,
